The ultimate honey cake! Our gingerbread is pure honey, pure rye and homemade .
The honey obviously comes from us and the rye flour comes from the Moulin de Sauret located in Montpellier.
We offer two varieties: the traditional spicy (we reassure you, it's subtle) or orange with orange peel and orange essential oil.
Our gingerbreads are quite soft, to eat as they are or to toast as you wish.
- Traditional: honey (origin France) 36%, rye flour ( gluten ) 36%, water, sodium bicarbonate, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and ginger.
- With orange: honey (origin France) 34%, rye flour ( gluten ) 34%, water, candied oranges (4%), sodium bicarbonate and natural orange flavor (1%).
