Here we are talking of honey vinegar and not vinegar with honey! It is therefore vinegar from the fermentation of honey from water , it is less acidic than wine vinegars and its slight sweet taste makes it excellent for seasoning.
Available in three versions: plain, with garlic or shallot. These different flavors are obtained by maceration.
